My mom made the best coleslaw tonight and I wanted to share the recipe with you guys!
My mom added green onions and cilantro so that’s an option too!
- 1 cup avacado mayo
- 2 Tbls sheep yogurt- optional
- 1 Tbls swerve
- 1 Tbls lemon juice
- 2 Tbls apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. Ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Sea salt
- Whisk sauce together and add to 24 oz shredded Cole slaw mix.
- Let sit in frig for a few hours.
